The core strength of the Full-Auto C/U Stud and Track Machine lies in its perfectly synchronized components, each playing a critical role in a seamless workflow.
The process begins with the decoiler, which securely holds and feeds large coils of galvanized steel into the line.
The material then passes through a guided feeding and levelling platform, ensuring flat, consistent entry into the heart of the machine: the precision roll forming station. Here, through a series of computer-designed roller dies, the flat metal strip is progressively shaped into the precise C or U profile in a single, continuous motion.
Immediately after forming, a high-accuracy flying cut system, synchronized with the profile speed, delivers clean, burr-free cuts to the exact programmed length.
Finally, the finished studs or tracks are neatly stacked and conveyed by the automatic receiving rack, completing a closed-loop, hands-off production cycle.
